Originally placed my order online on June 26.2020 and it said would ship in 2-3 business days. A week went by and I did not receive any shipping info. I emailed them and they answered quickly that shipment was delayed and would ship week of July 20. I actually received my order on July 13! Customer service re answering emails was quick and informative. The items I ordered (Lysol Disinfectant Spray and Purell Hand Wipes) were unavailable anywhere else so a short delay of 2+ weeks was actually not terrible. I would order from this company again.
