Product Description 14 gauge is generally the recommended gauge for connecting speakers. This 14 gauge speaker wire works great for connecting speakers to amps / receivers. It is also great for long distances. It has 1 Pure Copper side and 1 Tinned Copper side so you can easily see the difference between positive and negative.
