Warranty Information

CableWholesale is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all of our cables and adapters, as well as on most of our other products. The warranty for each product is listed on the product's webpage. Please see below for terms and conditions:

  1. If a product stops working during its warranty period, simply give us a call toll-free at 888-212-8295, email us at rma@cablewholesale.com or use our online RMA request form. We will provide a return shipping label in most cases and we will make every effort to replace the defective product with the same or a similar product. If we cannot replace the defective item with a suitable replacement product we will attempt to repair the defective item.

    In the unlikely event that there are no suitable replacement products and we are unable to repair the defective part, we reserve the right to refund the original cost of the defective item. The original shipping charges for the defective item cannot be refunded.

    In most cases we will provide a free return shipping label so you can send back the defective product after you receive the replacement. Please note that when we send a free replacement for a defective item, we must receive back the defective product for testing within 14 days. If we do not receive the product within 14 days, you will be charged for the replacement product as well as any applicable shipping charges or fees.

    CableWholesale's warranty covers only the replacement or repair of the original product. CableWholesale shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with use of any products sold herein except as may otherwise be accorded by law.
